Some of the finest beef anywhere, this small herd of Scottish Highland cattle give us tons of pleasure! So far, we have added four calves to the herd, sold a couple and are planning another new birth to Cheerio soon. Known for their docile temperament, we get a big kick out of hand feeding these gentle giants their treats. Yes, we are breeding for miniatures, and ours are about 40" at the shoulder. We plan to sell at least two cows and another bull this year.
